- Born and raised in Bucyrus, OH. Graduated Bucyrus High School in 1964. Married Anita (BHS class of 65) in 1968. Served in the US Navy for four years, mostly stationed in Puerto Rico. Both daughters, Jennifer and Elisa were born while in the service. I'm retired from The Timken Company after 30 years and now garden, fish and work for Anita at Thimble Works.

Hi Richard--I am the Diane from Sharon Stroud's post--she is a great teacher and I have missed her lately--but at least we can keep in touch by the "blogs"!!! Hi Diane, Thanks for looking me up. Sorry no kittens. Our new home is "pet free". We use to have a Himalayan. Needless to say, hair everywhere. Too many quilts including customer quilts in this house. Anita is also a long arm quilter.
